Text3D Generator is a free online text generator tool that allows users to create animated text effects, captions, and logos. The Service provides 20+ text style presets, 23 animation effects, 22 premium Google Fonts, and export capabilities in GIF and WebM formats. All text processing and file generation occurs locally in your web browser.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal usage

5. Fonts and Third-Party Assets

Text3D Generator uses Google Fonts which are licensed under the SIL Open Font License or Apache License 2.0. These fonts are free for personal and commercial use. By using our Service, you acknowledge that the fonts included are subject to their respective open-source licenses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
